Smallest flight controller in MindRacer family announced today

AirMind today (Dec. 31, 2024) announced a new member in MindRacer family named "Firecrest", by the end of year 2024. With a form-factor of only 19 x 19mm, Firecrest is the smallest flight controller in the line so far, and maybe among all in the class that using a 400Mhz H743 processor. This makes Firecrest can be fit into the tiny 20x20 mount frames.

MRPDB 4-in-1 ESC for Gen.3 Racer

MRPDB V3, ESC 4-in-1

MRPDB V3 integrates high performance, multi-output BECs together with 4-in-1 ESC in a compact size of racing-spec PCB. With WEP2 stacking receptacles MRPDB V3 can have MindRacer Gen.3 FC directly mounted and works together seamlessly.

With industry leading performance. MRPDB V3 can accepts 3~6S battery, and allows 50A maximum current to driver high performance BLDC motors. This V3 PDB has one 5V output BEC, and one
selectable output high voltage BEC. These BECs can deliver up to 60W power in total to support more powerful and complicated on-board electronics.

AirMind's new generation MindRacer

MindRacer Gen.3

AirMind team brings new generation 3 of MindRacer to the market.

MindRacer Gen.3 is not just an upgrade of its previous version, but actually a brand new design of latest modularized architecture for racing drone. The Generation 3 architecture defines new WEP2 stacking interface, which brings out total 98 I/O signals in a very compact size of standard racing drone. This means far more comprehensive and flexible set of peripherals and combinations can be supported by Gen.3 architecture than anything before.

Starter MX450 airframe kit

MX450 is a light-weight while powerful airframe for starters. It is easy to assemble, and is a high performance platform when used together with MindPX flight controller.
MX450 airframe comes with 4 aluminum alloy arms, on each installed a 2216/900KV BLDC motor. 4 BLHeli-S ESC (40A max.) can be installed inside the arm cube so the wires would not exposed from outside.
The kit also comes with 4 10" propellers, and 4 x 20cm high legs for belly mounting payloads.

Airmind unleashed MindRacer fully stackable flight platform

Airmind unleased MindRacer fully stackable flight platform for miniature UAVs. Based on MindPX, MindRacer further scales down in formfactor while focused on providing modularity. MindRacer is a platform rather than a flight controller.

MindRacer implements the SEP(soldering-elimination-port) and WEP(wiring-elimination-protocol) concepts. Before SEP and WEP, soldering and wiring are always the major pain and efficiency killer during UAV manufacturing and tuning.

MindPX released V2.6 for beta testing

MindPX releases V2.6 hardware for beta testing. The formal release will be available in about one week.
MindPX V2.6 is a major enhancement since V2.3, which significantly expands MindPX platform's capability.

Key features in V2.6:
1. Support more radio controllers including: SBUS/DSM/DSM2
2. Support more telemetry including Frsky and Wifi
3. Support maximum 8 PWM outputs
4. In meanwhile owns 4 AUX outputs for external trigger
5. Add support for RSSI

MindPX open source autopilot system

MindPX is a new generation autopilot system branched from Pixhawk, been revised in schematic and structure, and been further enhanced with new features to make un-manned vehicle more smart and more friendly to use.

Project MindPX is founded at Nov., 2014 by AirMind.co. The whole idea of MindPX is it should be a flight platform that can meet the new requirements from the new generation smart drone product. In align with AirMind's vision, MindPX is running as an open source project from the very beginning.
